Purchasing a license entitles you for obtaining latest updates of the software within one year free of charge.
After the year, if you would like to continue downloading updates, you will need to extend the update subscription.
A Privileged extension is 25% of current price of the license being used.
The privileged extension prolongs the subscription for exactly one year since the completion of
the foregoing period. The subscription extension order and the payment against the invoice must be
submitted no later than in one month since the completion of the foregoing update subscription period.
When purchasing a license, you can purchase the update subscription for the additional two years; the cost of the extension is 40% of the license cost
The standard extension is 60% of current price of the license being used.
The standard extension prolongs the subscription for exactly one year since the moment of the payment.
The right to purchase the 'Standard Extension' is available to buyers regardless of product purchase time.
A buyer becomes entitled for downloading and installing all editions and updates released during the
entire foregoing period while the buyer did not use the updates and an additional one full year
since the purchase of the update subscription.
Switching to other license (Upgrade) - if at the time of upgrading to a more functional license the
update subscription period of the license being used is not expired or expired not more than a month ago,
you pay only the difference in the cost of the licenses; otherwise - 60% of the current cost of
the license (or at 40% off) you want to upgrade to. When upgrading license, the update subscription
period is one year since the upgrade to the new license.
When upgrading to other license, you can also purchase a special extension pack (see above).
Downgrading to a less functional license is not available.
Switching to other license terminates the previous license.
Should you decide to discontinue your update subscription, it won't affect the functionality of your software in any way.
You will be able to use the version of the product that you installed before the termination of your subscription.
