Configuration instructions and description of CS-CART e-commerce engine
To be able to use the software with CScart, you need to manually upload and install the engine scripts to your server.
You can download the distribution kit from the CScart
official website.
Here are the product featrures that the program uploads to CS-CART:

- Extended description, which may include information from any fields of the catalog

To upload data that is not supported by the program to the store, please read this.
The program has been tested with CS-Cart 2.2.4.
In the free version of the program, in order to test the performance with CS-CART, on the WHAT tab, select CS-CART, and on the WHERE tab - one of our the demo stores (or keep a randomly selected one.)
To use the store on your own server (available in the commercial version of the software only) you must first install and configure the store on your server.

Installation
Download the latest version of CS-CART at http://www.cs-cart.com/
Extract the archive and
upload all of its content to your server.
Next, in the address bar of your browser, enter http://your_website/store_folder/install/
This opens the installation wizard. Follow its instructions; they contain sufficient details on everything.
On the first step, it tells you which folders must be writable. Set the right permissions:
config.local.php - read/write for all users (666)
/images (and all its subdirectories) - read/write/execute for all users (777)
/skins - read/write/execute for all users (777)
/var (and all its subdirectories) - read/write/execute for all users (777)
For that purpose, use an FTP client.
Take a note of Step 1, Database configuration; in the program, you need to specify the same data as you have specified on this page.
Follow the installation wizard's instructions.

Final settings
Copy the file C:\Program Files\< Program Name >\Tech\Shop-add-ons\ServerSideScripts\cs-cartmbc.php
to the CS-CART root folder on the server.
